Certain autoimmune conditions such as Lupus
Please note that we are not able to “avoid”certain areas in all cases, so if you are unsure or have a question about any of the above please contact us at prior to scheduling so we can advise you accordingly. Please do not assume that we can avoid an area to treat, as we may not be able to perform the treatment for you.
It is important to note that certain medical conditions require intervention with a specialist such as a dermatologist or cosmetic surgeon. When deemed appropriate, SkinGuru will recommend you to a medical provider that is better equipped to assist you. Examples include but are not limited to-psoriasis, eczema, cystic acne conditions, scarring etc.
Additionally, not all lesions are able to be extracted and you will be referred to a doctor in certain cases.
The SkinGuru is a strong believer in communication with clients and setting achievable goals.

We ask that you kindly provide us with 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. You are able to make adjustments to your appointment from your booking or you can text ( preferred if possible) us at 323-746-4374.

We are so excited for you to enjoy this rejuvenating skincare experience at our Santa Monica spa. So that we can help make sure that your facial begins promptly, please make sure to arrive for your appointment on time with completed forms (if you are a new client).
As a reminder, we offer free parking (for the first 90 minutes) in the parking lot directly next-door.
Please note that we are unable to accept clients that are more that 10 minutes late for a treatment.
For Hydrfacial Mini, since this is an express facial treatment, unfortunately we may not be able to accommodate your appointment if you arrive after the start time. We understand that life gets in the way sometimes (trust us, we do!), but unfortunately we are not able to accommodate late appointments. We do apologize in advance and we will do our best to reschedule you at the next available opportunity.

We send out confirmations via text the day before your appointment. Please cancel your appointment if you are unable to attend.
Unopened products are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase.
