Welcome to SkinGuru Spa! Here's everything you need before your first visit.
1. Complete your new client form
Please fill out our new client and consent form before your appointment. It helps us personalize your treatment.
2. Finding us
SkinGuru Spa, 522 Wilshire Blvd, Suite J, Santa Monica, CA 90401
We're across from Tocaya Organica, in the two-story brick building with black shutters. Enter beside the "Hair by Mr. Klein" sign and take the stairs on the left. Suite J is on the right. The spa is up one flight of stairs, with no elevator.

Entry: check your confirmation texts and email for entry instructions.
3. Parking
- Metered street parking on Wilshire Blvd and 6th Street
- The CVS lot at 5th & Wilshire (paid through the Honk app)
- The closest public garage: Parking Structure 1 on 4th Street between Wilshire and Arizona
Please read the posted signs closely before you park.
4. Before your visit
- Facials: if you can, skip retinol or strong actives for a couple of days before.
- Scalp treatments: let us know about hair extensions when you book, and avoid hair dye or chemical processing for 2 weeks before a Keravive treatment.
- Under 18: clients under 18 need a parent or guardian with them for the whole appointment.
5. Good to know
- Running late? Under 10 minutes is no problem. More than 10 minutes and you may need to reschedule, so please send us a text.
- Cancellations: we ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or change an appointment. Use the link in your booking confirmation.
